Are you a nationwide company
Bike Crash Line is a nationwide company, operating 16 vehicle delivery branches across the UK.
Our head office is in Verwood (Nr Bournemouth) Dorset.

Do you have an automated phone answering service?
NO! Whenever you phone us, you will speak directly to one of our customer service advisers.

Do you insure young drivers?
Yes. We can offer cover to all under -21 year olds, provided the driver is over 17 years old and has held a car licence for at least 6 months.
For bikes we can insure clients with provisional licences on the basis that they also have a currently valid CBT certificate as well.

Do you insure drivers over 70?
Yes.

Do you offer delivery and collection of the hire vehicle?
Yes, anywhere throughout the UK. We will arrange directly with the client the most convenient location for delivery and collection.

Do you provide insurance for all of your clients?
Yes. We provide comprehensive cover for one driver, subject to them signing an agreement to abide by our terms and agreement of hire and insurance.
Other drivers can be covered on the policy as required. All drivers are subject to insurance excess, just as they would be on their own policy, in case any damage is sustained to the vehicle for the period of hire.

How large is your fleet?
We currently operate around 7000 passenger vehicles, motorbikes and commercials. The exact number will vary.

What vehicles do you provide?
Our fleet comprises a variety of vehicles including small hatchbacks, estates, 4x4s, people carriers, sports/executive vehicles; motorbikes from scooters to performance sports motorcycles; and commercial vehicles from small vans through to tippers and jumbos.  Is a jumbo really a proper description?

How quickly will a decision be made on whether you will accept a claim?
We promise to contact your client and make a decision within 2 working hours of the first contact.

How quickly will the client get a hire vehicle?
If the claim is accepted, we will provide the client with a hire vehicle within 4 working hours of the initial contact.
